Mobile amounts are travel and service fees. Legally authorized notarial-act charges are itemized as required.
Tolls and parking are separate. Remote online notarization is not currently offered.
Before your appointment
Bring the document and valid identification.
Do not sign the document before the appointment when the notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence. All required signers must appear with acceptable identification. Lumera will confirm any additional document-specific requirements when scheduling.
Service limitation
Notarization is not legal review.
A notary verifies identity and performs the authorized notarial act. Lumera does not choose forms, provide legal advice, determine legal sufficiency, or explain the legal effect of a document.
